INTRODUCING #ELECTIONCOUNTDOWN

Running over six weeks in the countdown to the Local Elections on 5th May, we will provide you and your students with bite-size information tailored specifically for sixth form students (16 - 18 year olds) who will be registering to vote and voting for the first time. The aim of the series is to help empower teachers to inform and inspire your students to have the confidence and knowledge to get involved in the local elections, and most importantly, understand the power of their own voice, and how important it is for them to use it 🗳️ Over the sessions, we will be covering a different topic and theme each week which you can see below. Each week we will release short and accessible resources for you to share with your students, designed for form time and providing an engaging introduction into the local elections process. To get a round up of the key support on offer for each week, please sign up to our newsletter below to receive resources and support on each theme in your inbox every Monday morning.
