Media and Information Literacy Secondary Framework

The First News Media Information Literacy (MIL) Secondary Framework for ages 11-14 has been developed in partnership with Media and Information Literacy Alliance (MILA). This framework has been created to support young people in achieving five key outcomes or 'domains': be informed, empowered, healthy, socially conscious, and connected.

The five domains have a list of I know/I can statements that summarise what it means for a young person to be media and information literate in each area.
